Dry van
The core of U.S. truckload. We recruit solo and team company drivers and owner-operators for van fleets running regional and over-the-road freight.
Equipment and freight
We recruit company drivers and owner-operators, solo and team, for the equipment the carrier actually runs. Name the freight. We will not send a dry van driver to a tanker desk and call it close enough.

Temperature-controlled freight needs drivers who will actually run a unit, watch set points, and protect the load. Tell us the commodity and the drop expectations.
Securements, tarps, and open-deck experience matter more than miles alone. We ask what they have hauled, not just that they hold a Class A.
Liquid and bulk work is a different seat. We look for tanker time, and we pass endorsement needs back to you before anyone is introduced.
Hazmat seats require the endorsement, a clean enough record for your insurance, and a driver who will keep it current. Your safety team still makes the final call.
RGN, multi-axle, and permitted loads. We recruit drivers who have moved oversize freight, not van drivers hoping to try it.
Port, rail, and container work. Local and regional turns, chassis experience, and drivers who can live with terminal clocks.
Same shipper, known lanes, tighter schedules. Useful when a contract is live and the trucks are the thing holding it up.
Hiring the person is still the carrier’s job. Endorsements, insurance approval, and the qualification file are yours. Request the seat.
Send the seat. We reply from info@revenelworkforce.com. You pay when a driver is placed.
