Four steps. No retainer.
A placement starts with a specific seat and ends when that driver is placed with your company. Timing depends on the seat. A dry van solo in a busy lane is not the same search as a hazmat team or a heavy-haul operator.

You describe the seat
How many drivers, company or owner-operator, solo or team, equipment, lanes, home time, and when the truck has to move.

We screen for that seat
CDL class, endorsements, equipment actually run, and whether the person will do the lane. We do not send a pile of unrelated resumes.

You qualify the driver
You remain the motor carrier. DQ file, MVR, drug and alcohol testing, and the hire or lease decision stay with your safety team.

You pay per placement
The fee is for a driver placed, not a retainer and not a stack of leads. Drivers are never charged.
What “per placement” means
The carrier pays for a driver who is placed, not for a login, a monthly seat license, or a folder of unscreened names. The amount is agreed when we accept the request. It is not listed as a flat public price because a team heavy-haul search is not the same work as one regional van driver.
Drivers never pay Revenel Workforce. If someone asks a driver for a fee in our name, that is not us. Write info@revenelworkforce.com.
